Do you find yourself knowing exactly what you want to do or feel, but you can’t seem to make it happen? Consciously, you may know what you want but unfortunately, you may be finding that your subconscious mind might be working against you. To create true change, we must be able to access this part of the mind.

In its simplest form, hypnotherapy is a partnership between you and your hypnotherapist to ultimately deliver a greater sense of fulfillment and well-being for you in your life. This is accomplished by you achieving greater clarity about your values, talents and life purpose and then translating this into your own definition of fulfillment and success.

Our hypnotherapist utilize a set of specific tools and techniques that provides a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to explore these areas for yourself, then enables you to clearly articulate the results that you desire in any or all areas of your life. This then creates the basis for an action plan that propels you towards your desired results and ultimately, a more fulfilled life.

“The subconscious mind makes no distinction between constructive and destructive thought impulses. It works with the material we feed it, through our thought impulses. The subconscious mind will translate into reality a thought driven by fear, just as readily as it will translate into reality a thought driven by courage or faith.” - Napoleon Hill

The "Subconscious" mind which was coined by Sigmund Freud and later renamed by him the "Unconscious" mind is the equivalent of a hard drive. It is where all of your programs are stored. Your sights, sounds, smells, tastes and touch data. It is what makes up your reality and filters out the millions of data points per second that your body is picking up. According to Dr Bruce Lipton of Stanford Medicine, the unconscious mind operates at 40 million bits of data per second, whereas the conscious mind processes at only 40 bits per second. The subconscious mind cannot move outside its fixed programs – it automatically reacts to situations with its previously stored behavior responses.

While in this deeply relaxed state that we call hypnosis, we focus on changing any negative programming that is not serving you well and replace it with ones detailing exactly what you want. The reason we do this is because, left unchecked, the subconscious mind will keep doing the same thing over and over again until it is retrained. This is why the majority of what you thought of yesterday and the day before is the same thing that you are thinking of today. Hypnosis changes that by giving you the power to access your powerful mind and input those things that are going to make you happy.

My philosophy is that you are the source of your own best answers, I simply facilitate the process in which you can explore and discover them. Once you are clear on what is most important to you and what fulfillment and success look like, we then together determine your action plan for you to begin meaningfully moving towards your goals and dreams.
